1.1 The Contractor shall provide pickup, transport, and delivery services for used, excessed, and damaged Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) fleet vehicles at the request and direction of NHP fleet staff. 1.2 The Contractor agrees to provide pickup and delivery services for used, excessed, and damaged vehicles to the Reno, Elko, and Las Vegas, Nevada regional commands and surrounding areas at the request and direction of the Nevada Highway Patrol (NHP) fleet staff. Reno, Nevada will be the primary destination for damaged or excessed vehicles. 1.3 Services shall include, at minimum, the safe loading, securing, transport, and unloading of inoperable or damaged vehicles, including winching or equivalent methods, as required.
