The scope in addition to the remove and replace approximately 1374sqft of existing concrete pad, sawcut concrete and curb stops from building and around transformers with a new concrete pad. Excavate, grade, and compact 6” of type II base – 3204sqft. Install rebar, dowels and rebar mesh pad. Contractor is to form, pour, and finish 89’ x 36’ x 6” concrete slab; with appropriate slope, smooth broom finish, same level as removed slab. Finally, the project will conclude with a thorough cleanup of the job site, removal of equipment/excess materials, and a final inspection to ensure all work meets industry standards and client expectations. Documentation of the materials used, and maintenance recommendations will also be provided to aid in future care of the concrete surfaces.
