WCSD is soliciting formal quotes for the furnishing of all labor, tools, equipment, material, transportation and the performance of all operations required for the backflow prevention assembly testing, reclaim water cross connection control services; water operator testing; and compliance services for WCSD’s water wells, including Natchez and Pleasant Valley Elementary Schools. Services shall also include the cleanup and removal (from the sites) all debris resulting from the operations performed. It shall also be the awarded Vendor’s (interchangeable “Contractor”) responsibility to take all necessary safety precautions to perform the work, furnish any temporary materials, fencing, traffic plans, trench plates, barricades and/or other equipment to perform the work. All new data, test results, and reports shall be submitted to WCSD electronically a minimum of once a month.
