2.1. The Nevada State Purchasing Division, on behalf of the Department of Education, Training and Rehabilitation is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide to provide routine maintenance, service, and repair of elevator equipment located at 500 E Third St., Carson City, NV 89713. The Contractor shall ensure all work is performed in compliance with applicable state regulations, including NRS 455C.500 and associated codes. Services will be described in more detail below and in the scope of work and attachments. 2.2. The State intends to award one contract in conjunction with this request for proposals (RFP), as determined in the best interests of the State. Department of Education, Training and Rehabilitation shall administer contracts resulting from this solicitation. The resulting contract is expected to be for a contract term of four years, subject to Board of Examiners approval.
