The Department of Administration, Enterprise IT Services Division (EITS) is seeking information for a cyber tools tracking system that will be a cloud-based solution for identifying and capturing the cyber security tools used by participating entities. Ideally this investment will grow into a statewide, security tool knowledge base for collaboration, where information security officers (ISO) can share their cyber tool expertise and the pros and cons of tools they use, in addition to learning about the tools used by other ISOs statewide The solution is intended to be crowd sourced and highly interactive with security related sections for cybersecurity tools, tips, tricks, ratings, and problem reporting. EITS’ intent is to deploy this solution in phases, beginning with a limited user set. We are looking for solutions that are scalable, with an initial investment of $50,000. Costing for additional users should be included in the estimates. If the initial investment is deemed inadequate for an initial deployment, the vendor is requested to provide an estimate of the functional scope possible within the initial investment.
