REQUIREMENTS During the first year of the new contract, the Division will require assistance with the following: Gather, compile and analyze data recent satisfaction surveys, to include the development of additional questions Develop, deploy, administer, compile and analyze data for a new Consumer Experience-Based Survey Determine which questions should be asked at which milestone, based on the case status of each consumer contacted Develop questions regarding consumers’ satisfaction with Division job developers. The ultimate goal being the creation of the most complete picture possible regarding the level of satisfaction of the services provided to each consumer contacted Vendors must have the ability to make changes to the survey questions, as requested by the Division, to meet programmatic needs.
