It is the intent of the RTAA to select a qualified Contractor licensed to work in the State of Nevada to perform the following: Procurement and addition of one (1) new set of stairs and two (2) new doors; and Demolition of three (3) sets of existing stairs; and To provide all material, labor, tools, expendable equipment, transportation services, permits and fees, utilities required, and all incidental items necessary to provide the Scope of Work entitled "Concourse Development Project - New Gen A&B Enabling Project" per the drawings, plans and specifications provided herein as Attachment D - Special Conditions and Attachment E - Technical Specifications / Drawings, subject to all terms and conditions contained in this ITB.
