Contract Overview: DCFS seeks a vendor to provide an Implementation-Level Training in CPP through the Child-Parent Psychotherapy Learning Collaborative (CCP LC) pathway for a 5th Nevada cohort. Participants in the cohort will include community providers as well as county and state employees across Nevada. DCFS expects to contract with one vendor for a four-year period. Educational training credits will be purchased at the time of the contract start and will be distributed throughout the term of the contract. DCFS expects to distribute all or most of the educational training credits for a single 18-month cohort (the 5th Nevada cohort). If additional funding becomes available, an amendment may be sought to cover subsequent cohort(s). See the Cost Schedule for additional information about educational training credits. Deliverables: A CPP LC is an intensive 18-month training. Bids must include a commitment from the trainer to complete the entire learning collaborative cohort training. The training is expected to adhere to the Child-Parent Psychotherapy Learning Collaborative guidelines, including all 8 required training elements, as well as: Three (3) in person learning sessions as mutually scheduled between the CPP trainer and DCFS and in accordance with the recommended timeline for CPP LC learning sessions One 3-day training to be held in Las Vegas One 2-day training to be held in Reno One 2-day training to be held in Las Vegas Monthly group calls The CPP trainer will facilitate 2 group calls a month with participants. These calls will occur as evenly spaced throughout the month as possible and will occur in each of the 18 months of the CCP LC. Monthly Supervisor Calls The CPP trainer will facilitate monthly calls with the supervisors of the participants. These calls focus on CPP-related supervision inclusive of reflective supervision These calls are designed to support CPP sustainability These calls will occur in each of the 18 months of the CC LC. Materials- It is expected that the CPP trainer will utilize the books and other materials as outlined by the developers of CPP. Vendors should indicate the materials they will use to provide the training.
