Along with pedestrian and bicycle improvements, the project includes pavement rehabilitation and reconstruction treatments to improve safety for pedestrians at residential driveways and cross streets, and sidewalk infrastructure to establish compliance with the ADA. The project also includes minor modifications to storm drainage facilities. Due to the funding source, this project is bound by Federal and State regulations.
