Specifications include, but are not limited to: Design of new tire shop with separate welding area and any other facilities required by current building codes. The building will be approximately 2,500 square feet. Two large roll-up doors and a 14,000-15,000 twin post lift are planned for operations. There are also future plans for a set of 18,500-pound lifts for the second bay door area that should be considered in the structural design for the tire shop. • Demolition of existing building and utilities as well as relocation of existing utilities as needed. Design of a new power service or upgrade to the existing power service should be considered to accommodate new vehicle lifts, welding equipment and any other equipment needed for the tire shop and welding operations. • Phasing consideration between removal of the existing tire shop and construction on new facility while keeping current fleet operations as much as possible.
