Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2. Saw-cut and remove approximately 38,095 SF of 2"-3" asphalt paving and 6" of base/sub-grade material and legally dispose of off-site. 3. Provide and install approximately 38,095 SF of 6" type II aggregate base and compact to 95%. 4. Contractor may re-use the existing aggregate base material upon approval by RHA. Existing base that has been contaminated will not be allowed. 5. Provide and install approximately 38,095 SF of 3" Type 3 AC20 with RAP not to exceed 15% w/fog seal in conformance with the requirements as specified in Paragraph 201.02 of Section 201 of the Orange Book Specifications and the project plans and specifications. 6. Contractor will slurry seal approximately 65,395 SF of asphalt pavement in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works (Orange Book) Section 201. 7. Contractor will crack seal all voids greater than 1/4 " prior to slurry seal in accordance with the Standard Specifications for Public Works (Orange Book) Section 201. 8. Install speed bumps in the same size, shape and location as existing prior to demolition and removal. Paint to match existing. 9. Re-stripe parking areas including: all pedestrian walking striping, handicap striping and speed bumps to match existing as indicated in the plans and specifications. 10. Provide and install seven (7) each Thermoplastic Preformed Handicap pavement RAE- Item #18E572 Mfr. Model #PR-TH-45HS White/Blue, Handicap, 45" or RHA-approved equal. 11. Adjust all utilities to pavement grade in new pavement areas including new concrete collars around all manholes and valve ring and covers.
