It is the intent of this formal Request for Proposals (RFP) to receive proposals from qualified Prospective Proponents and select a qualified firm to provide support for all RTC programs and services. These programs and services include, but are not limited to: RTC transit services and all programs and services included therein including RTC Fixed Route Service, RTC Microtransit Service, RTC ADA Paratransit Service and Specialized Services, RTC Senior Transportation Service; the RTC’s Freeway and Arterial System of Transportation (FAST) initiatives including ramp meters, dynamic message signs, and signal coordination; Metropolitan Planning Organization functions including Southern Nevada Strong, bicycling/pedestrian education programs, roadway planning, funding and construction; and activities related to transportation technology and innovation.
