1. Prepare and submit timely task proposals to NDEP. NDEP will review all task proposals with the TTWG before issuing approval to commence work. 2. Review environmental data from past studies and new information as it becomes available in order to explain known health related issues and what, if any, risks from the ACMS may affect members of the TTWG community. 3. Participate in TTWG community meetings to increase awareness among concerned citizens and encourage participation in the ACMS remediation process. 4. Conduct a survey of the TTWG community and present results to NDEP identifying what ACMS related topics are of interest. 5. E-mail documents produced for the TTWG to NDEP for recordkeeping and upload to the ACMS SharePoint site when deemed appropriate by NDEP. 6. Review documents published for public notice and comment and assist the TTWG when they choose to draft comments for submittal to NDEP. Upon receipt of response from NDEP, explain to the TTWG how their comments were incorporated into the final document. 7. Attend one-time safety training allowing access to the ACMS when appropriate, and with NDEP authorization. When applicable provide comments to the TTWG regarding the current status of work. 8. Attend meetings, hearings and public presentations associated with the ACMS and consult with NDEP staff as appropriate in support of the TTWG. 9. Research and discuss project organization with the TTWG including relationships between regulatory agencies and stakeholders. 10. Work with NDEP to ensure monitoring of cultural resources is carried out appropriately. 11. Research and provide comment to the TTWG regarding the long-term maintenance responsibility for the ACMS after remediation, and the resources NDEP has to oversee the same.
