Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Successful Proposer(s) will assess/audit all content and functionality of (defined as any equipment or interconnected system or subsystem of equipment that is used in the creation, conversion, or duplication of data, college services or information employed in support of the CSN’s Mission and Core Themes) and to identify any online content or functionality that is inaccessible to persons with disabilities, including online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or anopen source. Examples of CSN ICT include, but is not limited to, the following: CSN websites, campus learning management systems, instructional content, electronic documents available via the internet,streaming videos, and electronic communications (e.g. email). The assessment will be conducted usingthe Accessibility Standards set out in Section A, Introduction. During the assessment, the Successful Proposer(s) will seek input regarding the accessibility of CSN’s information and communication technology from persons knowledgeable about information and communication technology accessibility, including employees, parents, students, and members of the public with disabilities.
