1. PWS para 1.1 states, “The contractor shall provide… team building exercise or access to pool (if available)…”
Response: The Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) Coordinator has removed the requirement to provide a team building exercise or access to pool.
2. PWS para 1.1 states, “Contractor will provide childcare for 10 kids (6 mos, 11, 11, 12, 10, 10, 6, 7, 8, 2), but there isn't any other information on it anywhere else.
Response: For childcare services required, please refer to the Addendum to the PWS South that was uploaded to SAM.gov on July 29, 025. As of July 30, 2025, there will be 10 kids attending (6 mos, 11, 11, 12, 10, 10, 6, 7, 8, 2).
3. PWS para 2.1.4 states three-star hotel minimum. AAA diamond rating is industry standard. Which star rating are you referring to?
Response: AAA diamond rating.
4. PWS para 3.2.3 states breakout rooms set up in rounds of eight. One of those rooms are for support staff with vendor booths. Vendor booths usually are not set in rounds of eight. How may vendor tables do you need? Is the pre-function space adequate for this?
Response: The customer needs 25 vendor tables in a separate room. They don’t need to be in rounds of eight.
5. Do you need a block for 10 rooms total (5 rooms a night?), or 10 rooms per night? It is unclear in the solicitation.
Response: 5 rooms per night for two nights.
6. Do you need a registration area?
Response: No

(a) The United States Property and Fiscal Office, Purchasing and Contracting Division, on behalf of the Department of Defense (DoD) Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program (YRRP) requires conference room meeting space and banquet meals to facilitate a Yellow Ribbon Event, September 6, 2025, and September 7, 2025. The facility will accommodate a dining and training space for approximately 315 Nevada National Guard Service Members, Spouse/Significant Other in Las Vegas.
(b) There is no current contract for this requirement.
(c) Specific requirements are listed in the attached Performance Work Statement.
(d) Dates with Line Item Numbers (LINs): LIN 0001 (06 September thru 07 September 2025);

52.212-2 Evaluation – Commercial Products and Commercial Services (NOV 2021)
(a) The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers:
(1) Price
(2) Technical Requirements
(3) Past Performance
Technical requirements and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price.
(b) Options. The Government will evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement. The Government may determine that an offer is unacceptable if the option prices are significantly unbalanced. Evaluation of options shall not obligate the Government to exercise the option(s).
(c) A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer, mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party. Before the offer’s specified expiration time, the Government may accept an offer (or part of an offer), whether or not there are negotiations after its receipt, unless a written notice of withdrawal is received before award.
