Specifications include, but are not limited to: The vending service operation shall be conducted to support the estimated population of the NDCS facilities as shown in “Attachment C NDCS Quarterly Population Summary”, June 2019. All entities submitting proposals shall possess the right to sell food and non-alcoholic beverages to employees, clients and guests.
The use, sale, or serving of alcohol or alcoholic beverages on NDCS premises is absolutely prohibited except as provided in Nebraska RRS 53-186
The space for the vending machine areas will become available five (5) business days prior to the awarded Contractor’s start-up date. Machines must be installed, stocked and ready for operations by the start-up date.
The vending machines shall include a variety of products such as candy, snacks, chips, coffee, water, soda, and healthy food/beverage items.
