Specifications include, but are not limited to: Acquiring,
installation, maintenance, and support of new time keeping devices and software for
various locations throughout the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County, Nebraska. Vendor shall provide the following type of time keeping devices and connectivity with the
Oracle HR/Payroll system for a turnkey product following installation and testing:
• Badge Swipe - If badge swipe is submitted the Vendor must indicate if
the Owners may use existing badges (RS2 and Hirsch) or will Owners
need to get specific types of cards.
2.1.1 Time Clocks must capture in/out time as well as earning codes or project codes
which will be supplied by the Owner.
