Specifications include, but are not limited to: Acquiring, installation, maintenance, and support of new time keeping devices and software for various locations throughout the City of Lincoln and Lancaster County, Nebraska. Vendor shall provide the following type of time keeping devices and connectivity with the Oracle HR/Payroll system for a turnkey product following installation and testing: • Biometric • Proximity • Badge Swipe - If badge swipe is submitted the Vendor must indicate if the Owners may use existing badges (RS2 and Hirsch) or will Owners need to get specific types of cards. 2.1.1 Time Clocks must capture in/out time as well as earning codes or project codes which will be supplied by the Owner. 2.1.1.1 The Vendor must provide information in the Response Attachment section of the Ebid response or upon request on how the proposed equipment will remain in sync with source system, (ie. can we do inbound to update values?) 2.1.2 The System must allow employees to enter time in and time out. 2.1.3 The System must be able to allow employees to enter time against earning codes or project codes. 2.1.4 The System must allow a two-way interface with the City/County Oracle HCM system. a. In bound to keep earning codes or project codes in sync. b. Out bound to feed the Oracle HCM timesheet functionality. 2.1.5 The System must provide time entry data to the Oracle system at specified intervals.
