Other Work associated with Project and not included in Items above. 2. Bid Item No. 2 – Allowance for City Directed Improvements – Lump Sum. 1) Required to be $2,500 Lump Sum Item. Use of this line item will be at the City’s discretion. 2) Allowance will not be considered part of Contractor's earned fee unless specifically included in the Contract by authorized Change Order.
