Specifications include, but are not limited to: DCDC is seeking to contract with an evaluator to design and conduct an evaluation of the Reentry Services Program. This evaluation will focus on: a) building on the previous research conducted; b) program implementation; c) evidence of effectiveness; d) relationship between reentry services and therapeutic communities. The goal of the evaluation is to: 1) identify essential components of reentry services and demonstrate the ability to embed and expand practices throughout the facility; 2) identify essentialcomponents of therapeutic communities and demonstrate the ability to embed and expand practices throughout the facility; 3) (to the extent there is) relationship between reentry services and therapeutic communities, and 4) assess when, where and how to apply limited resources.
