Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Grand Island Utilities Department Phelps Control Center is replacing the Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system for the original building section. The original Phelps building is a vintage 1968 single story flat roof building approximately 130 x 57 feet. The HVAC system consists of the original single air handler with resistance heat serving six zones and a single 1996 model pad mounted condenser unit. Duct work resides in the space between the ceiling and roof deck. This system shall be removed, including a portion of the duct work, and a new system installed, including necessary control, electrical, and duct work as designed and specified in these bid documents.
