Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall be responsible for the following tasks as identified below: 5.1. Office Space Painting 5.1.1. Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment to complete the painting of interior office space. 5.1.1.1. Three (3) office spaces, two (2) administrative/commons areas, conference room, two (2) restrooms, and two (2) hallways. 5.1.1.2. Wall surfaces shall be prepared to receive paint. 5.1.1.2.1. Remove wallpaper border, where applicable; 5.1.1.2.2. Patch holes; 5.1.1.2.3. Skim wall surfaces, where applicable; and 5.1.1.2.4. Sand wall surfaces, where applicable. 5.1.1.3. Wall surfaces shall receive two (2) coat of paint. 5.1.1.3.1. Paint shall be Sherwin Williams Emerald or equivalent 5.1.1.3.1.1. Interior Acrylic Latex; 5.1.1.3.1.2. Finish shall be in Eggshell; and 5.1.1.3.1.3. Color selections shall be provided by the City. 5.2. Fuel Tank Painting 5.2.1. Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment to complete the painting of an above-ground fuel tank. 5.2.1.1. Fuel tank shall be prepared to receive paint. 5.2.1.1.1. Scrape existing paint from tank; and 5.2.1.1.2. Prepped with urethane primer. 5.2.1.2. Fuel tank shall receive top coat of urethane paint. 5.2.1.2.1. Color shall be white; 5.2.1.2.2. Tank shall be labeled as “DIESEL” with 5 inch lettering in red. 5.3. Garage Floor Painting and Striping 5.3.1. Contractor shall furnish labor, materials, and equipment to complete the painting and striping of the garage floor. 5.3.1.1. Floor shall be prepared to receive paint; 5.3.1.1.1. Scrape existing paint from floors; and 5.3.1.1.2. Prep/prime floor to receive paint. 5.3.1.2. Floors shall receive epoxy paint; and 5.3.1.2.1. Color: Grey. 5.3.1.3. Floors shall receive safety striping; 5.3.1.3.1. Color: Safety Yellow. 5.4. DISPOSITION OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS 5.4.1. Contractor shall be responsible for the removal and disposal of all construction related materials from the site, at their expense
