Specifications include, but are not limited to: Marketing Plan Contractor must perform and/or provide all of the following: 1. Information Gathering and Project Planning Phase a. Develop a strategy to gather insights and determine the appropriate approach for the Marketing Plan for the Department, with consideration of the Department’s marketing goals and consideration as to how to reach the Department’s target audiences. b. Review and analyze the marketing plans of the Department’s partners and consider how the Department’s Marketing Plan can be cohesive with the marketing plans of such partners. c. Implement an information gathering strategy and conduct research on ways to make the State of Nebraska and the Department more competitive through marketing efforts.
