Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Project involves the remodeling of the fourth floor of the City-County Building, currently occupied by the County Assessor's office. and other minor work on the Harney level, as indicated in the Contract Documents. a. The fourth floor has approximately 15,000 square feet of space that will be involved in the remodel. b. Approximately 100 square feet of space will be affected at the Harney level. c. Scope include demolition, new interior finishes, partitions, casework, and doors. d. New power and data to offices and systems furniture. e. Only minor changes are anticipated to the building's existing mechanical systems, ceiling lighting, HVAC, and ceilings. f. The fourth floor will remain partially occupied during construction so temporary barriers will be required during some phases of the work.
