Omaha Public Library (OPL) is seeking a delivery service to provide pickup, sorting, and delivery service between thirteen (13) public libraries as well as other designated pickup and delivery sites throughout the Omaha metropolitan area. This includes, ● twice-a-day pickup, sorting, and delivery of library materials on a regularly scheduled route between branches; ● weekday pickup, sorting, and delivery of inter-departmental mail, packaged items, office supplies and occasionally office furniture (e.g. chairs,carts, file cabinets, tables); ● pickup, sorting, and delivery of withdrawn and donated materials from Omaha Public Library facilities to a designated collection site as needed. ● pickup, sorting, and delivery of materials to and from non-branch pickup/drop off locations; ● Periodic emptying of book drops on designated holidays and staff days
