Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Douglas County Department of Corrections is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced
vendors to provide the Department with a body worn camera solution (Cameras) to record the audio and
video of an interaction from an Officer’s viewing perspective. The body worn camera solution must
include body worn cameras, docking stations and evidence management software as an integrated
package. The system must support a Department provided storage solution, various storage methods and
not be locked into one specific technology or vendor. The Department will provide all internal network,
storage solution, and desktop resources to support the body worn camera solution. Solutions proposed
must support the Department’s existing IT infrastructure.
