Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Repair concrete knee-wall caps in various locations throughout the ballpark as identified in the mandatory prebid meeting. 2. Prefabricate galvanized steel plates, ¼” thick or nearest comparable, for new knee wall cap. 3. Remove railings and store as directed by Storm Chasers staff. 4. Grind failing wall cap to account for new metal cap. 5. Install metal caps, drilled to utilize existing railing anchors. Reinstall railings. 6. Grind all cracks to a suitable profile, and caulk using high strength polymer sealant. 7. Caulk all knee walls at railing penetrations; prepare concrete using acceptable grinding/cleaning techniques. 8. Apply prime coat on repaired areas and areas of bare concrete before finishing with a PPG Permanizer Satin Exterior Paint, to match existing yellow color – paint all yellow knee walls, both levels.
