Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Install the proposed water mains in “G” St. from 7th St. to 9th St.; “H” St. from 7 th St. to 9th St.; 7th St. from “H” St. to “G” St.; 8th St. from “H” St. to “G” St.; 2. Make the connection at 9th St. & “H” St. Do not make any other connections at this time.; 3. Test, disinfect and flush all mains through the temporary and proposed hydrants shown on the plans.; 4. Transfer services from the old main to the new mains.; 5. Make the connections at 7th St. & “G” St.; 6. Install the proposed water main on “G” St. from 9th St. to 14th St.; 7. Make the connection at 9th St & “G” St. Do not make any other connections at this time.; 8. Test, disinfect and flush all mains through the temporary and proposed hydrants shown on the plans.; 9. Transfer services from the old main to the new mains.; 10. Make the connections at 10th St. and 12th St. & “G” St.
