Specifications include, but are not limited to: The awarded Contractor must provide professional customer-oriented snow/ice removal services in all designated areas and property and is expected to provide equipment, materials and labor to remove snow/ice in performance of this agreement. Contractor will provide deicer ice melt materials for sidewalks, entryways, steps, balcony walkways and handicap/ADA ramps. Snow/ice removal can be achieved by manual shoveling, snowblower, or chemical methods. Snow/ice removal is expected to be performed when it occurs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including holidays. Surfaces shall include but are not limited to sidewalks, entrances, stairs/steps, balcony walkways and handicap ramps.
