Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor to provide Unarmed Security Services. Lincoln Electric System (LES) intends to procure all unarmed security services required for various facilities for a three-year (3) period and up to two additional one-year extensions upon mutual agreement between the parties. Such locations may include, but are not limited to, LES’ facilities as follows: Walter A. Canney Service Center (SVC) Lincoln Electric System Operations Center (LOC) Security services may also be required in special circumstances or at various times at other locations across LES’ system. As part of the security services, the Contractor shall also provide an electronic incident and guard tour software. LES is also preparing to implement a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) that would oversee all contract security functions and assist with daily security tasks. This is currently scheduled to begin in Q1 of 2022. section should include information on the identified LES need that the selected firm will potentially fill.
