Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1.1 The City of Lincoln and Lancaster County are soliciting bids for Tires, Tubes and Tire Repair Services. 1.1.1 Tires shall be of quality not lower than tires and tubes normally furnished in representative quantities by Original Equipment Manufacturers as original equipment for automobiles, trucks, tractors, industrial ag equipment, bus and similar motor vehicles and all passenger tires conforming to FMVSS-109. 1.1.2 The owners are requesting vendors to supply us their Master Price List for all tires they are authorized to sell. 1.2 Bidders shall submit in the Response Attachment Section of the E-bid system their Master Price List. 1.2.1 The Master Price List will consist of the following: (Example only below) Tire/Pursuit Base Price Government Discount Percentage 65R75 $150.00 $75.00 50% 1.2.2 The Master Price List pricing will be the basis of pricing. 1.2.2.1 Pricing shall remain the same for the 1st year of the contract. 1.3 A contract will be awarded to more than one (1) vendor. 1.4 Bidder shall indicate in the E-bid the name and telephone number of the bidder's representative responsible for the administration of this agreement. 1.4.1 NOTE: Contractor agrees to notify the Purchasing Agent of any change of bidder's representative during the term of the agreement. 1.5 Bidders shall submit proof of being an Authorized Distributor for each brand of tire bid.
