Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1 - Grant Management Services to be provided under Task 1 shall include, but may not be strictly limited to: a. Attend periodic meetings with the City to discuss project issues and priorities b. Enter site data in the Assessment, Cleanup and Redevelopment Exchange System (ACRES) c. Draft quarterly project reports for submission to EPA by City Project Manager (CPM) Task 2 - Community Engagement Services to be provided under Task 2 shall include, but may not be strictly limited to: a. Develop project website to serve as a platform for effective communication and sharing of project milestones, opportunities, and data with the public and other stakeholders b. Prepare draft and final Community Involvement Plans (CIPs) c. Implement outreach and engagement activities as detailed in the final approved CIP Task 3 - Assessments Services to be provided under Task 3 shall include, but may not be strictly limited to: a. Perform up to six (6) Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) in accordance with the latest ASTM guidance on a schedule as prioritized and directed by the CPM b. Upon review and prioritization of relevant Phase I ESAs by the CPM (or on an as needed basis), prepare and submit a Generic Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) and site specific QAPP addenda and Health and Safety Plans for regulatory approval prior to conducting field work for Phase II ESAs c. Complete up to five (5) Phase II ESAs for sites prioritized by the CPM
