Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1 Directional Boring - UG Fiber, West Lincoln Substation to NW 68th & W. Holdrege Sub (Work Order No. 5036174): The Contractor will need to have the ability to furnish equipment that allows for a single bore to be shot at a minimum of 1,000 feet.; Fiber pole boxes and at grade pedestals will need to be installed as detailed within the drawing specification.; Tracer wire splicing will be required at necessary positions. Instruction will be communicated during pre-construction meetings.; Army National Guard Joint Force Headquarters clearance will need to be obtained for on-site staff prior to beginning work.; 2.1.2 Directional Boring - South Haymarket Park Area Rebuilt, 7th & M Streets (Work Order No. 5034044 & 5036871) : At grade pedestals will need to be installed as detailed within the drawing specification.; Specific critical depths will need to be maintained throughout the Brownfield Area (see Exhibit).; ROW will need to be replaced/repaired in accordance with the current Lincoln Public Works and Utilities Right-of-Way Procedures Manual, Permitting and Construction in the Public Right-of-Way; Contractor shall provide pricing with their bid to provide Railroad Protective Liability Insurance for work within BNSF ROW ; 2.1.3 Directional Boring - LOTM Relocation - S 40th & Rokeby (Work Order No. 5036602): ~1475 ft – directional boring of three 2” smoothwall conduits; ~650 ft – directional boring of 4” smoothwall conduit; ~5225 ft – directional boring of 6” smoothwall conduit; ~2420 ft – directional boring of one 6” and one 2” smoothwall conduit with external trace wire
