Specifications include, but are not limited to: LES is seeking bidders to submit bids to install underground conduit via directional boring on multiple LES projects. The intent of this specification is to set out minimum requirements for performing the proposed work that meet the construction standards of LES. It shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to review the drawings and visit the construction site to determine any adverse conditions and to take into consideration all details of the construction which are not covered in this specification. The Contractor shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, tools, trucks, and other equipment/material necessary to perform the work specified herein and shall perform all work in a neat and workmanlike manner. The Contractor shall complete the work in a thorough, workmanlike manner and follow the best safe modern practices for the construction and installation of the items or materials herein provided for, any omission in the specifications notwithstanding.
