Specifications include, but are not limited to: SURFACE PREPARATION: Power wash all specified surfaces of roof that will receive restoration. SECURE METAL SHEETS: Tighten sheet metal and replace missing screws. PATCH BREAKS ON TIN: Where tin is broken, reinforce with tin, caulk, and screws. RUST/CORROSION PREVENTION: Prime with Everprime where rust or corrosion are present if necessary. SEAL AROUND PENETRATIONS: Seal with coating and fabric around every penetration and add curbs where needed to prevent water ponding. CAULKING FASTENERS: Caulk over the top of screws with caulk or base coat, this puts a seal around the neoprene washer that cracks. VERTICAL SEAMS: Vertical seams are caulked with Evercaulk/Everseal and then brushed to fill any open seams. HORIZONTAL SEAMS: Horizontal seams seal caulked with Evercaulk/Everseal and then brushed to seal the side gaps. TOP COAT: Evercoat HT Top Coat is used to provide a uniform appearance with a coverage rate of approximately 2.0 gallons per square. FINISHED COLOR: White
