Specifications include, but are not limited to: Striping of County Roads and Various City Streets and Roads within Cass County and the Cities of Bellevue, Papillion, LaVista, Ralston, and Gretna. a. With coordination from Public Works, the contractor shall paint twice a year between the dates of April 1st and October 31st, once in the spring, and once in the fall. b. The contractor shall paint within a six-month time frame. Spring pavement markings shall include 100% of pavement markings painted, and fall pavement markings shall only include roads the County is responsible for that exceed 45 mph. c. No pavement marking symbols are included in this project. Project only includes linear pavement markings. d. All pavement markings shall comply with the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, current edition. e. All pavement marking shall be solid or shall follow a forty-foot (40’) skip pattern of ten feet (10’) solid pavement marking and thirty feet (30’) no pavement marking.
