This is a Sources Sought announcement for two (2) Ventrac 4500Z tractors with accessories to perform sidewalk and entrance snow removal on our 27+ acre campus or similar products that meet the following requirements: Specifically, there are no other units on the market that are compact in size with full-time all-wheel drive (AWD) and have an articulating chassis that we have found. This capability is essential to allows us to safely and efficiently remove snow from the entrances of the Command and Control Facility, where there are monuments and lights within the walking surfaces, and allows us to complete the snow clearing in minimal time minimizing delayed reporting for 3.5K employees. please see attached documentation for more information.
