Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor(s) shall be responsible for providing a single POC and qualified operators per district, to successfully complete all snowplow operations at a contracted hourly rate for snowplow operations time. Contractor shall provide personnel capable of operating NDOT highway construction and maintenance equipment. Operators must have a valid and appropriate Commercial Driver's License to operate CDL Class equipment. As soon as operators arrive at assigned NDOT facilities, all direction and guidance for snowplow operations will be given by NDOT personnel. Operators must be able to operate CDL dump truck with plow and spreader. Operators must hold a minimum of a valid Class B CDL with tanker endorsement. Operators must be able to operate both Standard and Automatic Transmission trucks. Operators also must be able to operate front end loaders. The contractor(s) must be able to provide up to the required number of operators at the same time per each district requirement, if bidding multiple districts.
