Specifications include, but are not limited to: Contractor shall furnish fully trained Security Guards that are unarmed, fully uniformed with a readiness to perform security services. Such services shall be performed seven (7) days per week, during all hours of operation plus 30 minutes after building closure at the Bennett Martin Branch and weekday afternoons only at Eiseley Branch library location when Lincoln Public Schools (LPS) are in session. Staffing hours shall be as indicated in the RFP or subsequent agreement. The Owner’s intent for this RFP is to have both branches staffed with Security Guard level employees. Additional security guard services for these locations or other library locations may be required on an as-needed basis. Such additional services shall be invoiced using the same hourly rate being charged for a Security Guard.
