The proposed Masonry Wainscot and Flooring Replacement Project will consist of two phases. a. Phase No. 1: Shall consist of the removal and replacement of the existing masonry wainscot located along the entire perimeter of the library. This phase will include an alternate to remove and replace three exterior door and frame assemblies. 1) This work will need to be completed prior to work commencing on Phase No. 2. b. Phase No. 2: Shall consist of the removal and replacement of the interior floor coverings throughout the library. This work shall also include installing a moisture reduction barrier to the existing floor slab prior to installing the new floor coverings. The Contractor will be responsible for moving and staging of all furniture and shelving units, within the facility, as required to complete the work.
