Specifications include, but are not limited to: Furnish F.O.B. Lincoln, Nebraska, freight paid, unloaded, spotted, and oriented on the designated substation foundation, one (1) 115kV GRD WYE/66.4kV to 12.47kV WYE/7.2kV, 34.5kV DELTA (TV), 21.6/28.8/36 MVA at 65°C rise, three (3) winding power transformer per these specifications type ONAN/ONAF/ONAF - three phase with LTC together with all accessories and spare parts. This includes field assembly, dryout, oil processing, oil filling, and field testing per these specifications. This transformer shall be designed for the following utilization. • The transformer in this specification will be connected to our system in the following manner: o HV – 115kV – is a connection to our transmission system o LV – 12.47kV – is a connection to our downtown distribution system o TV – 34.5kV – is a connection to a small generation site (roughly 29 MW) • The following operation scenarios should be accounted and designed for: o Source HV Supply load on the LV Supply load on the TV Supply load on both the LV and TV o Source TV Supply load on the LV Supply load on the HV Supply load on both the LV and HV
