Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor will furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and all other work necessary or incidental to complete these roofing projects. In general, all materials and equipment to be furnished must be of good quality, new and unused, and shall be constructed and installed as required in the Contract Documents and of the types of equipment and materials as specified. It is the Contractor’s responsibility to protect existing construction. In addition, daily removal of debris and repair of any damage due to work under this Contract is considered within the scope of work and is the responsibility of the Contractor. All work for the Project shall be performed by the awarded Contractor and designated sub- contractors. All work must be done in accordance with best trade practices using qualified workmen. All work shall be performed in a manner that does not void any manufacturer’s warranty. Roofing projects must start within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery of material to the jobsite and the Contractor shall remain at the same location until completion.
