Main tongue extension to have multiple pinning positions to accommodate various pole lengths and extension to be shimmed or have rollers for support Main pin positions to have an auxiliary pinning location position that locates main pin positions Electric brakes on all wheels with brake shields on all wheel positions. Sealed breakaway switch with sealed battery backup with a protected solar charger 3” adjustable height lunit eye with safety chains Mud flaps installed behind rear tires One (1) drop leg jack with adjustable leg and sand shoe of manufacturer recommended rated capacity mounted on the street side of the main “A” frame just behind where the “A” frame meets the main slide tube. Jack to be rotated back for travel and the top of the jack in the vertical position not to intrude in the lower vertical plane of any pole laying over the top of it. (No spring leg jacks allowed.) Jack to have the ability to be moved forward & used on the main tongue frame just behind the hitch Two (2) rear frame jacks for support when unloading poles off rear and when raising the dump box unloading material with adjustable leg and sandshoe. (No spring leg jacks allowed.) 3/16” thick minimum steel diamond tread plate fenders reinforced and mounted independently from cargo box Cargo area to be 64” inside width x 140” long. Smooth 1/4” thick steel floor minimum. Floor is to be removable and to be attached by bolts to the box cross frame supports from the under side of the floor panels to give a smooth surface in the load area of the box. No bolt heads to protrude into load area or welded into place with spacers under the floor to allow for the galvanization process to get to the underneath side of the floor plates. All outer sides of the cargo box walls to have tie down hooks on the lower side of the panels for attaching a tarp over the box load area. Cargo box to have integral upright receiver sockets for reel standards. The front bulk head wall to be reinforced. Tail gate to have positive retention latches on each end for vertical position and to be allowed to be held in the horizontal position level with the load area floor and also to be able to be folded all the way down for dumping. Tail gate to have heavy duty hinges. The vertical load from poles and materials being placed on the top edge of the tail gate when the tail gate is in its vertical position shall be transferred through the tail gate to the surface of the box load area floor to the box frame so not to have the tail gate hinges carrying any vertical load that will be implied to the tail gate. Cargo walls to be 16” high and designed to be strong enough to hold the side load forces of loaded reel shafts Two (2) sets of upright receiver sockets integral to the side walls of the trailer load area and reinforced to the trailer dump box with drain holes and not to intrude into the load area of the box. The receivers are to be located 32” inward from the front load area bulk head wall and the rear tail gate. The upright receivers are to be 2 ½” O.D. x 3/16” thick sidewall to accept a 2” O.D. x ¼” thick sidewall reel stand with reel saddle that will accept a 2 ½” round O.D. x 3/8” thick reel shaft. Each reel saddle to have shaft retaining pins. Each reel shaft to have reel stops that can be attached to the shaft to retain reels from sliding side to side. Reel stands to support the reel shafts 40” to the center of the reel shaft from the cargo floor of the box Cargo box to have hydraulic dump function controlled by a curbside mounted control valve just in front of the front of the curb side fender. Control valve is to be protected by a steel cover. Control valve is to have hydraulic quick couplers hard mounted to valve facing forward to have the female coupler receive pressure from the towing vehicle hose reel. Valve to have Parker non-spill quick couplers (Parker Part #NS- 501-8FP and NS-502-8FP) with dust caps. Female quick coupler to accept the incoming flow and pressure.
