Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor must comply with all mandatory requirements and specifications presented herein. Contractor shall comply with Compressed Gas Association (CGA) guidelines. Contractor shall provide a one-for-one (full for empty) exchange at designated fire stations on an as-needed basis, typically once per week. Sufficient storage areas for these cylinders will be provided at the designated fire stations. Contractor shall visit the designated stations each week and perform a “full-for-empty exchange” unless the Omaha Fire EMS Supply Captain arranges for another schedule.. Contractor shall leave a full cylinder for each empty cylinder. A delivery ticket that indicates the number of cylinders picked up and dropped off shall be left at the station the day of the exchange. City will be responsible for the cost of repairs to cylinders that are damaged by the City. City will be responsible for the cost of lost cylinders, if such loss occurs when in itspossession. Contractor shall provide regularly scheduled delivery of tanks.
