Capacity and staffing to process up to 690 physical exams/cancer screenings within the specified time frame not to exceed 180 days Capacity and staffing to complete physical exams, cancer screenings and consultations for 4-8 individuals per day Ability to provide the required components of these physical exams and cancer screenings as outlined by NFPA 1582 Maintain firefighter medical information privately and securely Complete all exams, procedures and consultation at one location during one visit including all sample testing such as blood and urine analysis Facility/provider must be considered a Nebraska based Accountable Care Organization (ACO) Must be located within the OFD response territory Provide an aggregate data package to the City of Omaha/Omaha Fire Department for review and identification of trends and overall personnel health. This aggregate data will be anonymous and used by the department for personnel health and wellness improvements.
