This work shall consist of an on call contract to mobilize to a designated site, perform the necessary tree removal, stump removal and trimming, legally dispose of all material off site and provide the necessary clean up to remove all remaining leaves and branches from the site. The location of the tree and stump removal is generally residential areas and the contractor shall be required to adapt to all situations without additional cost. The most recent version of the City of Omaha Standard Specifications for Public Works shall be used for this project. This work shall include but is not limited to the removal of trees and stumps at locations throughout the City of Omaha. The contractor will typically be called upon to remove trees and stumps that require immediate response associated with Public Works Improvement projects prior to the project starting or concurrent with the project. In the event the contractor is called upon to perform the tree and stump removal service the contractor shall be contacted by a City representative and shall be expected to meet with the representative on site, establish the scope of work, be able to mobilize the necessary equipment and personnel and begin work within 24 hours of the on- site meeting
