The purpose of this combined synopsis and solicitation is for the purchase of Snow
Hauling Services at Offutt AFB IAW the Performance Work Statement.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL W/DRIVER TRUCK DUMP, 3-AXLE, 16 TON, 15 C.Y, PAY LOAD 400 HP TOTAL 5 TRUCKS PER CALL FOR A 12 HR SHIFT IAW the Performance Work Statement

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in
accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional
information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only
solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be
issued.
The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number FA4600-22-Q-0006, OAFB Snow
Hauling Services, shall be used to reference any written quote provided under
this RFQ.
The RFQ document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect
through Federal Acquisition Circular 2021-06; Effective 12 July 2021.
This solicitation has been set aside 100% for Small Business under NAICS
Code 562119 Other Waste Collection, with a small business size standard of
$41.5M. All prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award
Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov . Lack of SAM registration will make an
