TheState of Nebraska (State), Nebraska Department of Education (NDE), Office of Literacy, is issuing this solicitation for a service contract for the purpose of selecting a qualified bidder to provide a data dashboard. A more detailed description can be found in Section V. The resulting contract may not be an exclusive contract as NDE reserves the right to contract for the same or similar services from other sources now or in the future. The term of the contract will be one (1) year commencing upon execution of the contract by NDE and the Vendor (Parties). The Contract may include the option to renew for four (4) additional One (1) year periods upon mutual written agreement of the Parties, up to a maximum of five (5) years.
