Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. For any grading that is performed, the Contractor shall ensure that positive drainage is maintained and that there are no drop-offs between the existing roadway and the new grading sections. Any exposed grading shall be, at a minimum, cover crop or permanent seeded in accordance with the specifications. 2. Access to residences, farms, businesses, and county roads located within this project shall always be maintained via temporary roads, lane closings, phased construction, adjacent county roads, or other methods that are approved by the Engineer, unless otherwise described in the plans or in this proposal. 3. The Contractor shall be required to notify the Engineer 28 days prior to closing access to the intersections of county road “L” and “T” due to bridge repairs. 4. The time allowance for this project was calculated based on multiple Group 6 crews working concurrently. 5. If the Contractor removes the existing guardrail at any of the 6 bridge locations in 2022, the new guardrail shall be erected in 2022.
