Specifications include, but are not limited to: Providing an Inflatable Movie Screen and to Show Provided Movies, for the City of Lincoln, NE. 2.1 Vendor shall be responsible for providing delivery, set up, tear down and operation of audio and visual support for each location. 2.2 Vendor shall provide 21-ft (16x12 Viewable) Premiere Inflatable Movie Screen Blu-ray player, blower, speakers, microphone, HD projector, cords and technician for each event for 7 movies to be shown outdoors at various park locations. 2.3 Movies will be shown inside in the case of inclement weather. 2.4 Locations are reserved from 7pm – 11pm 2.5 This is our first movie night so attendance is unsure at this time. 2.5.1 We hope to have approximately 150 guests in attendance for each location.
